Cant connect to groupon

I tried Internet Explorer and the message i get is: Cant connect to Groupon. I also tried mozilla foxfilre, and google chrome and I still cant get into the site. I cleared my cookies from my computer just to see if it would make a differnce. No, it did not make a difference. Please help I want to buy a dinner in a restaurant and I dont want to miss out for my birthday.
