I am also getting the "security information is not correct." I had a problem logging on many years ago with the BOA unemployment debit card. It never corrected itself and there wasn't a pandemic, i.e. high usage. I wasn't able to get the money I paid into the system! BOA servers or something really sucks. Cleared cache etc. and nothing works. Stupid system. Why does California even use BOA? Kickbacks? You know BOA isn't providing this service out of the goodness of their hearts.
