While I'm not happy that it's impacting so many, I am happy to know I'm not crazy.  Typed in everything correctly and it keeps saying my security information is not correct.  Used two different browsers, my phone as well, and nothing!  Called CS twice and the one rep was at least kind enough to say she thinks it's not just me because "she's heard this today".  That said, I was transfered to Web Support, which really just means--> sit on hold for an hour; I hung up.  App is cute in theory, but it's useless that you can't transfer your money.  C'mon BOA--fix the website!  All this traffic, upgrade and fix it!
