This is exactly what happened to me, I think there are too many people trying to get in and it can't handle that. This is what I did, I went down to a BofA ATM, withdrew all the money and while I was still at the ATM, I did a deposit into my account. You can withdraw up to $1,000.00 in a 24 hour period. You can't go inside BofaA to a Teller to withdraw the money, they can't help with that. It's not surprising that there is not another phone number you can call to get help with logging in.
