@BofA_Help I am experience the same thing as everyone else for over a week now; when trying to login to the BofA EDD site, it says "security information is incorrect". But using that same info I can login to the mobile app. However, the on mobile I cannot transfer money to my check, which I need to do to pay rent!f. I have called, emailed and tweeted BofA_Help with no resolution or reply. The only option is to go to the ATM: $600 transaction limit, $800 daily limit (so to pull out $800 you need to do 2 transactions). You must also touch the ATM so I have to bring gloves, and many ATMs are too close together, so the best option is a drive through ATM to maintain a 6' distance. You will need your card and pin, and choose to withdraw from "credit card" when asked. For me, to withdraw all my funds, it takes 3 days of 2 transactions/day, so 6 transactions, and then I have to go to my bank to make an ATM deposit for a 7th transaction. This is a gross violation of the stay-at-home orders and would be resolved if you fixed your website Please, for all of us, FIX YOUR WEBSITE!
