Yep, Nadya Dooley above is probably correct. I was using Firefox to get a username unsuccessfully with "security info incorrect" error repeatedly, tried it in Chrome and it worked. Went back to Firefox and the login worked fine. So I'd suggest trying a new browser, private window, or clearing your cookie/site data for the BofA site.
