For those that haven't yet tried it, use the BofA Prepaid App. It works easily and will let you add your card and do some of the basic settings. Unfortunately it will not let you setup direct deposit though. I've had two children and utilized CA Disability in 2010 & 2018 and never had issues. Now I can't login to the actual Website- says my Security Info is incorrect (it's not). But the app works well. Just praying my direct deposit is still on file and works. I think there is an issue with the actual website.
