I was ahead of the EDD wave and had no problem activating my card on my laptop, and also set up mobile banking on my phone. I then put in a transfer request to my primary checking. This was a week ago. I still see my mobile app showing my balance as the same- no transfer. Also, I can't log on to the BofA EDD site on my laptop now to see the transfer progress. I'm currently holding on my phone for a customer service representative. It has been 3hrs, 44 minutes. Hard checks in the mail would have been faster. What a shame! Argggggggggg!
