It is 2020 and I am getting the same error. "Your Security Information is incorrect" even though I am correctly entering my SSN and last 3 digits of card number. Have been on hold with customer service for hours. I did not choose to use Bank of America for my EDD payments. I was able to log in once but can only move a limited amount of money (due to BoA-imposed transfer limit). If anyone is putting together a class action lawsuit I would like to be a part of it...I'm about 3 days away from filing one myself.
