The same has been occuring to me. I emailed Wal-Mart and was told to clear the cache and delete cookies. I did. I also restarted my computer, tried Internet Explorer (instead of Firefox), and disabled all add-ons.

Still doesn't work.

Emailed Wal-Mart again and was told it is not on their end and I can call to place my order.

Riiight.
