EVERYTHING FROM CART AND SAVED ITEMS DELETED

Went to purchase from my cart & saved items today....had over $1,000 worth of items in them from a week ago....and they are all gone. Took 4 people at their call center before anyone actually listened. They were like "oh well...sorry. Nothing we can do about it. Walmart.com sucks.
