Another update for all! We're still experiencing downtime, and this appears to be a rather vexing outage to resolve. The problem is with our upstream data partner at the moment. Our services at the datacenter are online and operational, however the upstream partner is having an outage owing to a hardware fault that they have all hands on deck working on.
The nature of the beast is that their priority is to get services back up, which is why we're not getting a lot in the way of updates. We'll post up more information as the situation evolves and/or we get more information.
