Can't sign in

Unable to sign into my walmart.com account to access previously saved items for purchase. I tried everything including ressetting the password, even though I know I had it correct before, and nothing works. I refuse to spend hours searching for everything I peviously saved. If this isn't rectified soon I would rather try getting them elsewhere.
