Problem with checking out on Walmart website.
I have been trying to order something online for about three weeks now. Their website wouldn't let me proceed to the "Checkout" page. I e-mailed Customer care, which proved to be worthless.
I finally went to the local Walmart and ordered my product on THEIR computer. I logged in to my account, placed the product into the cart, and clicked "Proceed to Checkout", and what do you know. A message popped up and said "Link to Walmart.com/xxxxxxxxxxx (refering to the Checkout page) has been DISABLED". So, according to the computer at Walmart, the link to the checkout page has been disabled.
I showed the employee that was assisting me, the message that popped up, and he just said "Oh", and then punched some buttons on the keyboard real quickly, and then it went to the checkout page, and I completed my order.
I told them the reason I was ordering at the store is because I can't do it at home on my computer. They just seemed to shrug, without any idea that there was a problem.
