I am expereiencing the same problem but it have been going on over a month almost 2 months now.  I now  have to call in to pay my Macys bill since I am not able to access their website but all other websites work fine. When I called about the problem everyone I talk to says it working and offers no soltion. I have cleared all my cookies and it still does not work. I just plan to make my last payment and close my account with them and shop somewhere else until they fix their website.
