I'm just about ready to say goodbye to Citi and Hilton. If there is a long and confusing way to accomplish something they will definitely take the time to find it. There is nothing quick about finding answers or information from these sites. I never have to go through hoops with my other bank/credit accounts and I feel very secure with their procedures.
