Just spoke with citi tech support, says they don;t know why I can;t get to site, Have tried 5 different computers. He had me go to www.universalcard.com. It is an ATT site. Was able to log into citibank creditcards thru that site only. Nobody seems to know anything, but I can finally get in. Am curious thou, what does ATT have to do with Citibank CC.
