Intermittent login, site crash when selecting link for My Groupons

Intermittent success with logging into site. Upon login and selection of My Groupon, cat error page results. Had to use Groupon app on phone and HP eprint feature to print voucher for Sunday. Really bad idea to force subscribers to wait until Saturday to print voucher for a Sunday event, site crashes, and noboby available via phone for support. Bad move!!
