Student loan website is still down - unable to access it since 7/3/12. Called customer service at student loans to report, they didn't believe me - they said their website has been working fine!! She acknowledged that there was an issue before July 4th, but declared there was none today!! Asked to speak to the online tech dept. but was told there was no such dept for student loans! How ridiculous is that? Asked how do I report this issue? Was told she would forward it to the site caretaker.
