Well, I tried Amazon at work. I clicked on the second link in an email I received from Amazon: "NO, YOU DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM" and got the 500 Service unavialable window. So this is yet a third Internet service provider I have tried, a different computer, and a different OS (Windows XP). If they tell me the problem is with me one more time and I will scream! Amazon is falling apart. Seems like they have outsourced to a rinky-dinky operation that has no clue what they are doing! Bye-bye sales!
