If you read the threads, you'll notice that they have been struggling from day one after they revamped the website. Can't get it together, no matter the reason. First it worked OK on IE, then it hated it. I tried Chrome and it worked fine after we figured out you have to indicate a "value" to your shipment-a completely pointless step. Now, it hates Chrome too, and it seems to be working for some people on Firefox. Not for me. Going to the post office? I'd rather get 3 root canals without anesthesia. This agency is as dysfunctional as it is cumbersome, greedy and horrible to deal with customers. privatize it already, please.
