Site has been flaky for days now and today, 2/13/2014 it is down at 10:25AM EST. Pathetic! Same people that made Healthcare.gov messed with what was working fine. Not sure why they made changes to the site and now it's terrible. If it ain't broke, don't fix it! Morons released web updates they never thoroughly checked out. Typical governmetn....no wonder the USPS is teetering on the brink of bankruptcy every 4 years! If they quit hiring idiots and ran this like a private biz, thing would be much different!
