Click and ship and print labels with postage has been working spotty since the new rate went into effect. After entering the shipping details and selecting "flat rate"
the option to select the package size doesn't come up so there is no way to advance the page and move onto the payment screen. I have tried this for several days with the same problem. A message keeps coming up saying internet explorer users need to upgrade to Internet Explorer 7, but I have Internet Explorer 10. Same problem!
