interface incomplete/scrambled

Site is unuseable - especially email! Assume they are updating? This morning worked fine until around 9:30 eastern. Lost formatting, pictures and functions, including email (iPad, iPod & computer). Finally able to see list of emails, but selecting one opens a blank pop up window.
Any ETA on restoration anywhere?
