Won't come on

Using WII. Netflix, Using WII and TV Video 2 input.
Netflix red beginning screen appears but cannot get any further than that. Also, when watching a TV series on my Ipad. Netflix stops every minute. I have deleted Netflix twice and reinstalled to no avail.
