Can't print shipping label

I have been trying for over and hour and I had someone else try on a different computer with a different browser....we both had the same problem.....can't get past the first page for printing a shipping label. And, of course, you can't use their Live Help at midnight on the weekend. What's going on? Maybe it's time for the USPS to give up and have private industry take over mail delivery.
