cannot connect through wii

NETFLIX works through our Android devices via wifi, and through 2 home laptops with no problems. Tested internet connection through wii and there was no problem. Error message reads 'Unable to connect to Netflix. Please try again or visit: www.netlix.com/tvhelp'. Went through website 'fixes' - nothing worked. Wii is up to date with all available updates.
