unable to print shipping labels

I've not been able to print shipping labels today...I have about 30 labels to print a day and have never had an issue before. The live chat feature on the website is down as well.....and of course customer service was useless. No wonder USPS is bankrupt.....what a bunch of barnyard fowls. and yes, i'm running windows 11 so that's not the issue.
