Problens With Site

I just off the phone with USPS internet support. They have had problems with the site since Monday! You need to use Internet Explorer 8 or higher but NOT Exploere 11 or use Chrome. You need to add a dollar amount ($1) and cannot use an iPad. I finally got mine to print in Chrome! Post office employees are unware of this problem and it would be so easy for them to post this information on the Click n Ship website...why???? So frustrating!!!
