movies wont load

trying to watch netflix from my blu ray and it wont load them... been at it all day and its now 2:10pm and still nothing. I re-started my blu ray and my router and there is no problem with either of them. im tired of this happening and ill give it a little more time but if it keeps up i WILL discontinue service.. from ONE UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!
