Not able to print label, won't take zip code info

Clik and ship page keeps telling me invalid zip code and when I refresh rate chart it keeps putting a dash after the numbers which causes it to say invalid zip code again & again. Then it tells me to refresh the page, when I do I put all my info in again and it does the same thing again. Please fix as I use your website for our business and not able get to the post office to do this. I am losing money until you get this fixed!
