Cannot pay for a label to be printed

This is crazy. Issues yesterday....same issues today. The changes to the website (maybe due to the price increase?) has caused problems. I have not been able to print a label because the site causes my computer to lock up causing the site to shut down OR it will also just post the message: "An unexpected error has occured. Please try refreshing the page.". Which by the way, does absolutely nothing. Now I'll need to go into a local post office, waste some more time, and pay more for each shipping label label since I will not get the discount applied online. Just peachy. Please fix the issues ASAP. Thank you!
