'Account deleted' two weeks now, OkCupid ignores paying customers
As you can see, there are plenty of complaints over the past couple weeks from this, okcupid has not said a single thing about it, on their twitter either.
It's inaccessible on phone and computer, on all browsers, cookies deleted or not, the same thing, on mobile app 'Staff Robot Meltdown" and on browsers "That account has been deleted" but you can't make new accounts either or you get staff robot errors, whether you change your IP or not or use a new computer, it gives the same error, it's not like tons of people got IP banned or something (for no reason at that)
I paid for a month just to see what it was like, it runs out in a little over a week and so far I've gotten 6 days of my one month payment, this should be illegal, they ignore all messages and take your money while doing nothing about their s!*tty site-breaking coding.
