Lack of Video
Hello, I'd like to report an error that I stumbled upon on the 25th of January, 2014; the Netflix server was working properly on my PS3 system, however it was dysfunctional on my Kindle fire device. The problem was that the tv show started playing, (with audio) but no video was appearing. The seconds on the show continues to increase, so everything was fine except for the visual display. The problem occurs the day before this and I suspect it will be reoccurring in the future. I think of myself as relatively technologically advanced, but I was unable to find the error. Full Internet access was being used and was functional, with WiFi turned on. Visual display in general is not a problem for my Kindle fire, as I had played videos via vtube(YouTube) earlier this day.
