RSS Feeds not working

I can't access my Pinterest RSS Feeds directly or through Outlook RSS Feed reader. I see this error:
Task 'RSS Feeds' reported error (0xAB4C0008) : 'Outlook cannot download the RSS content from http://pinterest.com/example/feed.rss because of a problem connecting to the server.'
