We have had the same problem since the last update. Netflix has been more hassle than it'a worth for the past couple of years, but I think this is the last straw. It has the worst, most inconsistent service I've ever seen and NEVER addresses compemsating customers for days without what is being paid for. It's time to look for alternatives. Amazon Instant Watch is looking more and more appealing. Is Netflix waiting to be driven out of business before they make an attempt to act like they care about customer satisfaction?  This amazes Me!
