Like many others, it seems I cannot log in to check on or pay on my BofA visa. I have been checking regularly due to the whole Target fiasco, and I suspect that this is temporary while they issue a new card and get things transferred, even though I had seen no bad activity. I actually used the card earlier today and it worked fine, which made me more surprised when I tried to log in and couldn't.
If BofA had their sh*t together they would email customers, or put a message on the website that is more informative (or informative at all). But they are total asshats, which shouldn't surprise anyone really.
