Compuserve/AOL email not working
Have been unable to access my compuserve email since last Wednesday.
First, it said there had been unauthorized access and I needed to change my password, then it wouldn't let me do this. Spoke to AOL's security people and they couldn't help... by Friday it was telling me it would email a link to change my password to my alternative address, but nothing came through. This time, AOL's people told me that there might be a delay on the server....and eventually admitted there were problems but wouldn't specify what they were.
Today, again, it promised to email me a link, but again nothing has come through - and apparently their security helpline has a huge queue, so I didn't bother waiting.
Whatever has happened, I just wish they would be honest about it.
