not recognizing my login information on walmartone.com

Whenever I click on pay and financial benefits at the bottom of the screen on walmartone.com it takes me to the sign in page then once I enter in my user id and password it says it doesn't recognize it. I've been trying to login for a year now I've even told one of the managers at the store where I work about the problem and she didn't know what to do.
