I've just discovered that selecting the Massachusetts GAS service, brings me to a page where I can use a dropdown list to then choose the ELECTRIC service and see that I'm logged in with access to my account details.
From what I can tell, NationalGrid doesn't realize it's Webpage design creates a loop, at least for Massachusetts Electric Customers.
