Netflix reloading every minute on roku

The problem began on Dec 26 and had not been resolved. I have a Roku player that has been working perfectly until then. It doesn't matter what the title is, it reloads every few minutes and at times will load every 30 seconds. I've tried every fix I can do. It works perfect on my son's xbox 360 and my android phone. Other channels work fine on the roku, just not Netflix so I know it is not an issue with my internet connection.
