AOL E-Mail Server Problems

I work for a web hosting company and a customer informed me they were unable to send any emails to aol.com recipients. After checking their email logs, I found multiple SMTP timeouts when attempting to connet to AOL's mail servers:
SMTP timeout while connected to mailin-04.mx.aol.com [64.12.88.132] after initial connection: Connection timed out
SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data: host mailin-01.mx.aol.com [205.188.155.110]: 421 4.2.1 "Service unavailable. Please try again later."
I was also unable to telnet (25) to their servers. There appears to be an issue. Hopefully this gets resolved soon.
