tranfer problems now completely down

around 5pm cst i had to call in because the new tranfer between accounts they released today was freezing
well now the entire site is down
something better left alone if it works bofa was stupid to redesign the site yet once again
try the new tranfer between accounts it adds a new step to make it happen prior to this it didnt
really add a step?
