I am having the same problem.  I researched a little and see this isn't the first time they have experienced problems.  I have called walmart and my financial institutionSSS. with no help.  My financial institutionSSSS, because I have tried different accounts wasting my time and getting very flipping irritated, says my accounts are fine and there is no reason for the cancellations.  Walmart says there must be something wrong with my debit/credit cardsssss..  Obviously they are lying because I see I am not the only one having problems.  Instead of saying their site does not work correctly they act like the problem is with my financial institutions so I waste a pile of time trying to correct the problem.  They have to know there is an issue.  I would really like to get my order processed so I receive Christmas gifts before Christmas..  Also, I use ebates and the percentage cash back changes daily.  Yesterday it was 4% today it is 5%.  I'm afraid I will not be able to process my purchase until it is 0%.  Wondering if this is why I am having a problem.
