Unable to perform any online banking function

Very disappointed, as I was unable to transfer funds or get up to date information about my banking. A terrible disappointment during the holidays, as days are alittle shorter, and people are in a hurry to get holiday shopping. I missed quite a few items on sale in the process. I would hate for this to happen if I was in a real emergency. Really wakes a person up to how unpredictable banks are. Must consider alternatives for the future.
