Travel Rewards-Travel Credit Redemption Not Working

When I was logging in to redeem some points for travel credit, first all of my points were not showing. This can be solved by clicking on any of the subtitles: Post Date, Purchase Description, Purchase Amount, or Points Needed to Redeem. Your activity was just hidden and this will show it once again. Another problem I was having was that after check marking the "select to redeeem box" nothing would show up in the "enter points to redeem section." Usually this is where a box shows up and you can type in the exact number of points you wish to redeem in case you do not want to use the full amount you check marked and wish to do a partial redemption. Also the button for "Request Travel Credit" would not light up so I could not click on it after check marking the credit I wanted to redeem. If you are using Internet Explorer, just use a different browser and everything will work. I don't know why, but recently Internet Explorer and the Bank of America website are not liking eachother. I had the same problem last month and after trying for three days it magically worked one day, but this month I didn't get so lucky, so I found a solution for this annoying problem. Another thing that keeps happening when I log on to Bank of America using Internet Explorer is that as soon as I log onto the rewards redemption center, I am logged off due to inactivity immediately or as soon as I click on anything to do with the travel rewards. Again all of these issues were solved by downloading a new internet browser. I personally downloaded Google Chrome.
