unable to load emails to Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini

Im able to add my aol acct to my device..but none of my emails are loading. they are loading on my pc. each time I refresh. It says no results found. I even had my carrier send me an email and help me troubleshoot..nothing helped. Whats going on?..When will it be fixed?.. Its not my phone or pc..
