So it must be due to being locked out, which is probably because I let a friend use my account to ship an item. I still find this gravely aggravating that such a silly thing is so unclearly defined by the website. After reading all the comments here thus far starting from over a year ago I have come to that "locked out" conclusion and must call tech support. Hopefully with this understanding the process will be sped up. But what happened to the United States Post Office? As a kid I thought they were cool, braving the elements, making sure that no letter is lost, that people stay connected. I recall Postman and how it's values came straight from the USPS's mission. Hell before I ran into this problem they lost my package and were terribly clueless to the fact that I knew they lost it based on their own information. Excuse after excuse, for a RR package that was supposed to be signed by me at my door. Instead they leave these packages at the front office, except this time they never even delivered it. And they attempted to do so twice! They don't even deliver the mail in my apartment complex; the office mails it.
