Hey everyone!

Here's the # to call: 877-747-6249. It's for Small Business help.  

They are familiar with the problem.  They'll file a "reference incident" with the IT dept, and then the IT folks take care of it and

email you back.  Says it takes 2 business days.

** The main cause for the problem is when credit cards are registered under a different address and/or name than the address where you're doing business.  It declines for security reasons.***  Hope this helps everyone!
