While site is available, programs will not load

This is an intermittent (several times a week) problem, usually at peak viewing hours in the evenings. It leads me to believe it is a capacity problem on Netflix's end, rather than a viewing device issue, such and Wii, PS3, etc. It seems everyone sporadically has the same problem.
